Salvato Boufadel LLP handles business litigation, insolvency, real estate and related appellate matters in California state courts and in Bankruptcy and Federal Courts throughout the country. Gregory M. Salvato and Joseph Boufadel bring insight and practical expertise to solve problems with a track record of successful outcomes.

We represent business creditors, equity holders, lenders, landlords, individuals, and businesses in bankruptcy and insolvency-related matters, business and commercial litigation, and corporate / transactional services. We handle bankruptcy litigation and contested matters in Chapter 7, 11 and 13 cases, and debtor-creditor matters in state court. Our state court practice focuses on commercial litigation, business “divorces,” complicated business and partnership disputes, real estate and lender disputes, business dissolutions and wind-downs. We also handle California state court appeals and bankruptcy appeals before the U.S. District Court, Bankruptcy Appellate Panel, and Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
